ABOUT ME

My focus on family business successors was shaped by the people I met along the way — talented, driven individuals who had technically 'arrived' at the role they'd been preparing for, yet felt completely overwhelmed by what it actually demanded. They had the education, the capability, the vision. And yet they felt unheard, unsupported, and at times profoundly alone. They carried responsibility far greater than the support around them.

What I came to understand is this: succession is not a title change — it's a deeply personal transformation. When that transformation is met with the right support, the leader finds their footing. And a leader who finds their footing changes everything around them. That's the work that matters to me.”

With over 28 years of experience in both Greek and multinational organizations, I have lived firsthand what it means to carry responsibility, navigate pressure, and make strategic decisions that affect people and results. My background in business management and management consulting shaped me to think in structures, seek clarity, and connect every initiative to real business impact. Through executive coaching, I came to understand something deeper: behind every strategic challenge, there is a person who is being called to grow.

My approach is both transformative and demanding. I create a space of trust where leaders can examine the thinking patterns and beliefs that shape how they lead — while at the same time challenging them to take full ownership of their own development.

What interests me most is not simply helping people think differently — it is seeing them lead differently. With greater self-awareness and empathy. With greater steadiness and clear strategic direction.
