With over 28 years of experience in both Greek and multinational organizations, I have lived firsthand what it means to carry responsibility, navigate pressure, and make strategic decisions that affect people and results. My background in business management and management consulting shaped me to think in structures, seek clarity, and connect every initiative to real business impact. Through executive coaching, I came to understand something deeper: behind every strategic challenge, there is a person who is being called to grow.
